Destination Specific Tourism Marketing Grant Program
The Destination Specific Tourism Marketing Grant Program of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is a matching funds grant.
The Program is funded and governed by Proviso 39.3 and 39.11 of the FY2011-2012 Appropriations Act and the Capital Reserve Fund Bill (H3701) of FY2011-2012.

Grant applications will be accepted by the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism for the first review cycle beginning July 15, 2011. August 1, 2011 is the last day grant applications will be accepted for the first review cycle. Organizations submitting grant applications for the first review cycle will be notified of the results of their application no later than September 15, 2011.
Following the first grant cycle, subsequent grant applications will be accepted by the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism on the 1st day of each quarter beginning in December 2011. Grants submitted will be evaluated and notification will be made to the requesting organization by the 15th of the following month.
